Reliable - We take great pride in doing what we say we are going to do when we say we will have it done by.   Many people say that getting things done well and on time is impossible on Martha Vineyard.   We disagree, because the house is on a island it just takes being organized and planning ahead. 

Conscientious - Caretaking is our Full Time occupation. As with anything else "Part Time dedication leads to Part Results".   In addition we feel a fiduciary responsibility as we are taking care of someone's else's Home.

Experienced -  Roger Gins the principle has had many years in the field of asset management and contracting.  This has included building a home in Prospect Hill area of Chilmark,  Caretaking 9 historic theaters for  NYS 42nd Street Redevelopment  Agency and managing the Operations of Owner/Developer with residential real estate in three states.
