- Meet Renters & Guests - Making sure everything is in order for there arrival, their stay and departure.
- Firewood - Keeping the firewood stocked
- Package Pickup & Delivery - Whether it is being at the house to accept packages or picking them up a the post office we will make sue you get them.
- Boat and Airport Driver Pick-up - With ferry prices going up does it make sense to have an "island car"?
- Grocery Shopping - Have your home and kitchen stocked to order for your arrival.
- Video Surveillance- Allowing you to have peace of mind as to what is happening with your house by remotely being able to view it.
- Photographic Documentation Service:
We recommend that new clients avail themselves of our photographic documentation service. For a flat fee, we will make a photo inventory of your home and property including all furnishings, fixtures and construction details along with any existing conditions or hazards. The photos will be labeled and an inventory will be prepared by location. When this is completed, two CD copies will be provided to the client, one for them and one for their insurance agent. All insurers recommend that their customers do this and our service makes this simple and easy for you.
