 As a home owner there is always more Maintenance & Improvements than there is time or money to do.   At Island Caretaking besides  we will keep an on going list of desired projects and help owner prioritize the List.  This helps the owner manage the yearly capital requirements of ownership.  We will manage the projects so they  are done ON TIME and within BUDGET.
